Alabama 2024 AP School Honor Roll Recognition with AP Logo set over Huntsville, New Century, and Grissom High School Buildings

Huntsville City Schools proudly announces that three of its high schools have earned prestigious positions on the 2024 AP School Honor Roll, showcasing the district's commitment to academic excellence and expanding access to Advanced Placement (AP) coursework. 

The AP School Honor Roll recognizes schools excelling in student performance on AP exams while ensuring broader access to these rigorous, college-level courses. By excelling in the areas of College Culture, College Credit, and College Optimization, schools recognized embody a dedication to preparing students for success beyond high school.

New Century Technology High School earned the highest Platinum with Access award, Huntsville High School achieved Gold recognition, and Grissom High School received Bronze, each distinguishing itself among Alabama schools for AP program achievements.
